Robert licensed since 2006 and now as an Associate Broker (2016), Robert enjoys working one-on-one with clients and understands that this is often the most significant purchase/sale a client will ever make. He doesn't take that responsibility lightly. Robert says "I often look at each transaction as if I were buying/selling for myself. And yes I have talked some clients out of purchasing a specific home to save them the headaches down the road."
It's not about commission, it's about the relationship and having a happy client. He understands the importance of setting the right expectations going into a transaction. Robert says "having been doing this business for over 11 years, you learn from each purchase/sale and pass that experience on to each client".
Robert has had some 30 plus years of leadership positions in the corporate world. He draws on the skills he acquired in those positions -- as well as his experience with mergers and acquisitions for a 1 billion financial institution dealing with all sorts of residential real estate. He has a keen understanding of market forces and how that impacts negotiations. It helps that he brings construction experience especially when dealing with "inspection type issues". My real estate career allows me the freedom to spend time with my one black labrador retriever, Piper.
